A digital wedding invitation is a link you send on WhatsApp, email, or anywhere else instead of printing and posting cards. You enter the couple's names, your wording, and optionally a photo, then choose from twelve designs and nine colour themes. What turns a card into an invitation is the event block: add the date, time, venue, and address, and guests get a Details button that opens the full information along with an Add to Google Calendar link and a map link for the address. Switch on Collect RSVPs and guests reply on the invitation itself with their name, whether they are coming, how many people they are bringing, and a message, and you are emailed each reply. RSVPs need the invitation saved to an account first, because replies attach to its short link. Seeing the headcount is free; the full guest list with names and CSV export is Pro.

Yes to both. The photo is cropped and resized inside your browser, so it is never uploaded. The optional tune plays Wagner’s Bridal Chorus, synthesized in the browser rather than streamed, and guests get a mute button on the invitation itself.
By default, no. The share link carries the whole card inside it, so an unsaved card exists only in that link. Three things do create a record: saving it to an account, switching on the open-notification email, and collecting RSVPs. Saved cards get a short link that counts how many times it has been opened, and you can delete them from your dashboard at any time.
Yes. Turn on Collect RSVPs in the editor and save the invitation to your account, which is what activates replies. Guests then reply on the invitation with their name, whether they are attending, a guest count, and an optional message, and each reply is emailed to you. The running headcount is free; the full list of names with CSV export is a Pro feature.
