An animated birthday card here is a web page you send as a link rather than a file or a picture. You type who it is for, a message of up to 400 characters, and optionally your name, then pick one of eight designs and any of the nine colour themes, and choose whether confetti, hearts, or stars fall across the screen. You can add a photo, which is cropped and resized to a small square inside your browser and never uploaded, and switch on a short tune. The link you copy contains the entire card encoded within it, so nothing is stored on OhoTool unless you choose to save it. Opening the link shows the card full-screen on any phone or computer, with a replay button for the animation. A small OhoTool credit sits at the bottom unless you remove it with Pro, which also unlocks five extra designs, custom colours, and image or video download.
Yes — completely free, with no sign-up. Personalize it and share the link as many times as you like.
Copy the link and send it on WhatsApp, SMS, email, or social media. Anyone who opens it sees the full animated card — no app or account needed.
By default, no. The share link carries the whole card inside it, so an unsaved card exists only in that link. Three things do create a record: saving it to an account, switching on the open-notification email, and collecting RSVPs. Saved cards get a short link that counts how many times it has been opened, and you can delete them from your dashboard at any time.
Yes. Use Add a photo in the editor. The image is cropped to a square and resized inside your browser before it goes into the card, so it is never uploaded anywhere. Very detailed photos can make the share link too long, in which case the editor asks for a simpler one.
