This tool accepts any image your browser can display, converts every file to JPG, PNG, or WebP, or keeps each file's original format, and can shrink images to a maximum size in pixels. That maximum applies to the longer side, keeps the aspect ratio, and only ever downscales, so small images are left alone. A quality slider from 10 to 100 controls JPG and WebP output and is hidden for PNG, which is lossless. Because JPG has no transparency, transparent areas are filled with white when you convert to it. Each image is redrawn on a canvas and re-encoded in your browser, so processing happens on your device rather than a server, and there is no file-size limit.
